Easter this year was April 7th. The night before Easter Sunday Franz Cyprian and I attended the Easter Vigil. Instead dressing Cyprian up I put him in his white and red stripe jailbird pj's that Great Grandma Korish made for him. At first he was to excited by the candles and fire started outside of church. He did not want to go to sleep, I was about to give up trying when shortly before communion he succombed. Mass was three hours long, which is a long time for little ones and their parents. I'm glad we went though, I have always loved the Easter vigil. It was after midnight when we got home. Franz and I tired as we were dyed easter eggs so that we would have them for Cyprian in the morning.
Next morning I put together a basket for Cyprian. It consisted of a felt basket with a frog on it. I filled it with a kalidiscope, little metal slinky, sidewalk chaulk, a bannana, baggy of organic animal crackers, colored egg with his name on it. Franz hid the basket and made a trail with colored eggs to the spot. Cyprian actually followed it and loved the whole deal:')
We then kept busy cleaning and preparing food for Easter lunch at the Lindleys. It was very enjoyable. The kids got to participate in a egg hunt which there were tons of eggs. Cyprian found several which I put in my bag. Later I discovered the kids had gone and found them in my bag and had eaten most of the candy... I wasn't to dissapointed, less sugar for my guy. It was nice to relax and visit with people, several whom we had not met before. All in all it was a beautiful day thanks to the Lindleys for hosting and providing a pleasant gathering.
Now to our house search. We looked at nine houses. Three were under contract shortly after looking at them and two of them we were interested in. Finally, on the nineth house we looked at, because I had liked the discription, we really liked the house and yard. The only reason Franz baulked at looking at it, was because it was a little higher priced then we were looking for. It is three bedroom two bathroom. It has hardwood floors, a hot tub and fish pond out back. There is also a shed that will house Franz's office and a room for tools. The backyard is fenced in, and it has some pretty landscaping. So long as everything goes well, we are going to be closing on the 10th of May. Thankfully we are taking advantage of the 8,000.00 dollar tax credit. I will be able to be more discriptive once we actually own the house. Its exciting to dream about what we are going to do though.

Marching on....
Sooooo.......
I left off with Cyprian getting another ear infection that was March 19th. All through March we have been keeping plenty busy with things to do and see.
Franz and I joined the Dallas running Club you pay 35$ for a couples membership and it lets you run in 8 races for free throughout the year. You can also run in other races at a discount. I started running again just in the beginning of March, it has been slow but good. On March 6th I kicked it off with a 2mile fun run. I jogged the whole way pushing Cyprian in the jogging stroller. To boot the stroller had a flat tire and we were running along a levee so it was a rock, dirt, and slippery footing. Franz ran a 6k and won first place overall. Very exciting, the best was Cyprian and I were cheering him on at the end and before he crossed the finish line he gave me a kiss. It was all video taped by some reporter. It was really nice, there was great food, awesome hundred dallor prizes and two were over a thousand dallors.
Also, throughout March I have been keeping Cyprian and I busy by babysitting. Its great because Cyprian gets to play and be around other children. I just enjoy other kids and seeing them play with Cyprian.
My flower plants that I planted earlier are doing quite well. I have marigolds, shasta daisy's, sun flowers, sweet peas, and a wild flower mixture sown. My sage is also popped up, but I'm dissapointed that my peppermint seems to have fizzled. Oh well, its always a feat anyway because between Augustine our cat and Cyprian, I have to keep an eye on my plants so they do not become obliterated completely:')
I am happy to say that since I have been home from Christmas in Wisconsin, that I have kept the dishes done and everything straightened up before going to bed. It has thankfully become a habit.
Cyprian is so fun to take to the park. He has no fear and loves to climb on everything. He can climb the play things all by himself, and he also knows how to push himself down the slide. He sits down turns around like he would to go down stairs and then scoots back. So, he slides down backwards on his belly. I have had several other parents at the park remark on how amazing it is to see a little guy like him just go all by himself.
Franz has been officially accepted into the IPS program at UD. YEAH! CONGRATULATIONS HONEY!!! This is a big deal, because now that we know were are staying here we are looking to buy a house. I will talk more about that later. My Hon is also working really hard to support Cyprian and I, I am so proud of him. Hopefully I let him know that and also remember to not get so crabby too often:')
It is late so I will end here. Next I will share about EASTER! But I need to for now take advantage of some sleep time.
Goodnight my bloggy blog, sleep tight my bloggy blog!

Wow
Looking back I see lots of errors. I could go and fix them and maybe someday I will, but I am too lazy to do it right now. So back to whats going on here in Texas, we are surviving a tumult of things. As I sit here I can hear sirens which is a common ocurrance. I am still a country girl at heart, and pray someday we will live there.
Poor Cyprian, I have just discovered a rash all over his stomach, I am assuming it is from the antibiotic he is on for yet another ear infection. He has also cut four teeth recently. So he has been pretty crabby and clingy. The problem is he only wants Mom, Dad just doesn't cut it right now.

Continuing on
Well I left off on our travels back to Texas. So it would be January 11th, we stopped in Pryor OK to stay at a hotel. Franz searched online to see what time masses were and where. He happened to come across a sight for Clear Creek Abby. It was about 3o miles from Pryor and in the middle of nowhere. We thought it would be an adventure.
Lo and behold it turned out to be more of an adventure than we were anticipating. Franz looked at google maps and noticed that they had you head south a ways then cut east and then back up north. So, he decided to make his own directions more direct to the location. It all went well while traveling on the turnpike, but shortly after that we were on a pretty lonely highway looking for a Jericho road. The roads also were numbered. None of the numbers Franz wrote were matching up. We happened to pass a building that was off the highway with a Jericho Co. sign. We guessed maybe this was the road. At first the road was gravel and then it turned into dirt. Meanwhile we were winding around further and further from civilization. We came upon a stream that you literally had to ford. Thankfully it was shallow. I was to the point of being very concerned about ever getting out of nowhere land, when suddenly some of the road numbers started to match.
We came upon the abby from the back and it was so totally worth it. The beauty of being in a holy and secluded dwelling with country surrounding it is amazing. It really is in the wild, but they are building and working on it. It is not small and we also thankfully set out with lots of extra time so we were not late for mass. It would be a lovely place for a retreat for meditation and reflection. God works in mysterious ways, he led us on even when I was afraid we were really lost.
We then made it back to our Texas home on the 12th in the early evening. I am always so glad to get out of the car and be able to stretch. Franz and Cyprian share my sentiment. It is a 1000 miles from Wisconsin to Texas.
We got back into a schedule after having a week to get settled back into Texas living. Cyprian and I started going back to play group, bookclub, etc. Cyprian by this time was walking and running all over.
On the 29th we celebrated Cyprians 1st birthday in the morning with all the kids at playgroup. I made a lazy daisy cake with chocolate frosting that we lit some candles on and helped Cyprian to blow the candles out. That evening I made pizza and another cake, Hawaiian, and we had the Lindley's over for dinner. Cyprian got to open his present from us which was a real piano, its has only 25 keys, is bright red, made of wood, and is minature so that he can kneel at it and play. The Lindley's gave him a fun farm animals book. Which I am now using to try and teach him his animals.
Here is a jump in topic...
Next day I decided to take a pregnancy test, I had been feeling pregnant for awhile now. The test said positive, we were very excited. On the 4th of February I started to bleed. I worried that I was miscarrying. As I did research I found out that quite a few women can bleed throughout pregnancy's and still carry to term and have healthy babies. So I was hopeful, I hadn't had any extreme pain, just some lower back pain. To be on the safe side we decided I should go in to be checked, so on the 10th I went and saw a OB. He gave me the sad news after doing a sonogram, telling me I had an ectopic pregnancy(tubal pregnancy). I was in shock and sad. The doctor told us that the baby's heart was not beating and had probably stopped a few days before. I was seven and a half weeks along. He gave me two options, one to have surgery and remove the tube, or two have a shot of Methothorate to dissolve the baby back into my body. We decided because the baby was already dead to go with the shot. The shot can give you a higher chance of fertility so long as the tube is not damaged. The unfortunate thing was the doctor forgot to inform me that I could not breastfeed. Cyprian at this point was still nursing a lot. Thankfully my sisters and Mom questioned me if I could nurse after having the shot, and we found out from a pharmacist that I shouldn't nurse for a week. Thank God I hadn't nursed Cyprian after having the shot. The pharmacist said I could pump and dump, and then try to go back to nursing. Cyprian would not nurse, so he pretty much quit nursing cold turkey.
Since he has had a double ear infection and the stomach flu. I would encourage mothers to nurse their babies till at least a year and a half. Thankfully he recovers real quick and has not had any lasting illness. I think it is the vitamins I am giving him. SHAKLEE!!! Oh and I also couldn't take vitamins so my body was going through a lot. The methothorate is a drug that is used in treating chemo cancer patients. It is a much smaller dose though. I had to deal with pregnancy hormones while trying to deal with the fact we would not get to see our little baby. We named our babe Cosmas James Klein. Cosmas is the patron saint of what would have been the due date. I just found out that he is the patron saint of pharmacist, I did not know this when we picked the name. I think is neat and God helped us pick a good name for our little angel, especially since I had a strong drug put into my body. I hate to use any medicine or drugs, but I believe Cosmas is watching over me.
We are hopeful for future babies and are praying to little Cosmas to intercede for us for healthy pregnancies. I will conclude for tonight with a little prayer to my baby angel.

Where has the time gone???
Hello old blog, yes you are old, I completely forgot about you....
Well here I am again. So much has happened since October 2009. Rebecca came and visited us in December. Franz ran a marathon in Dallas. He also finished his first semester at the University of Dallas. All around things went well. Beck and I enjoyed working out at the fitness club where I have a membership. Becky is so funny she said, "man I can see why people workout at a place like this because you can watch tv and not even realize how long and far you are going on the machine, until the next day when you feel it." She by the way was very reluctant to go with me, but after she did we went every night till we left for Wisconsin. Becky traveled back with us in our car. It was much nicer hauling a trailer that was not loaded beyond its capacity for space and weight! Thankfully we missed the major snow storms while traveling, though we got our fair share of snow while visiting family:')
Cyprian took his first steps on December 13, Beck said she would get him to walk and she was right. Also, Grandpa made Cyprian a wooden rocking horse. Cyprian loved to rock away on his horse. I have never seen a 11 month old who was so good at riding a rocking horse. Franz and I got to go with chains shovels and sand in the 4wheel drive truck to go get my Dad and his HHR out of a snowbank. There was definitely some good snow days.
Beck the ever good helper, helped me with Christmas shopping. I was proud of myself because I got it all done in a couple of hours. I had a huge list. I hate shopping, especially around the holidays, people are crazy!!!!
We got the house all cleaned up and decorated with lights, stockings, cards, etc. I precariously put the star on the tree. we even have pictures somewhere to show my unstable perch. Christmas eve we opened presents after we attended mass at St. Peter's. Mom, Dad, Renee, Beck, Alynnsia, Franz, Cyprian and I, all enjoyed celebrating Christ's birthday very much. On Christmas day we went to Grandma Carla's for her open house. Grandma gives such good gifts, we received a cross that spells jeSus and chocolate turtles yum...I should feel guilty Franz never saw one of the turtles and he discovered the box in the garbage...Busted!!! I made up to him by giving him something else.
After visiting with family we headed out to Point to spend time with Franz's family. We met at Grandma and Grandpa Crawford's, where all the Klein family were. It is always a feat when you can get a large family together, especially when they are getting older and going their own ways. It was so good to see them all. We got to go sledding too before Sue and the kids left for Jamaica on the 29th of Dec. Cyprian wasn't sure what to make of the sledding at first, but when everyone else was laughing and having so much fun, he decided it must be great. Cyprian also took a dive off a bed and landed on a hard wood floor on his head. He scared the living daylights out of me and Grandpa Klein. I was afraid he cracked his skull, I have an overly active imagination sometimes. He seemed to have no ill effects besides a small bruise on his forhead. Cyprian loved playing with Great Grand Father Klein, also known as Grandpa Klein. Cyprian also enjoyed playing with all the kids before they left. He was a little overwhelmed at first but pretty quickly over came the shock of being around so many people at one time. For New Years Eve I made Grandpa Klein a fancy pizza dinner, it included a nice salad and apple crisp. We then watched a movie. None of us sadly made it to the new year awake. We're getting so old(heeheehee), or so we think.....
January 1st we started off right by jumping in a freezing river. Brrrr... I have never done the polar plunge, so it was a new experience for me. I don't think I have ever run so fast in water before. We took leave of Grandpa Klein, Zeb, Suzy, Gabrielle, and Johanna later that day and headed to a party in Necedah.
We got to see a lot of LaCrosse friends and share in the wonderful news of Sarah's engagement to her wonderful fiance Joseph. Rick and Angie hosted a nice party at their house where we played catch phrase and had an very good time. I believe everyone is doing well. They all looked good. Especially the new mommys Jenny, and Angie:') Jenny is due this month, and I believe Angie is due in May.
We ended our crazy wonderful trip home with family and friends by taking a different way home that was more picturesque. We were able to spend a night with my brother Joseph his wife Jen, and their little girl Josie in Dekalb IL. I think Cyprian was teaching Josie plenty of things. Cyprian is four months older. Which by the way to note, Josie is now walking at only nine months of age. She was taking good notes! Maire and Olivia, Cyprian's other two cousins are a little more cautious.
I will post more later, it is hard to write several months worth of stuff right before bed, so bloggy blog please forgive me if I have made many errors. Till tomorrow... goodnight.....
